Previous Treatment:
- Root canal treatment done for central incisors, lateral incisors, and canine at another dental center.
- Extraction of lateral incisor due to infection at a different clinic.

- Patient reported 3 days ago with persistent swelling.
- Cyst enucleation surgery was advised and successfully performed.
